Craig Jensen
Board Member
Craig Jensen, recently joined Valley Family Health Care’s Board of Directors in 2023. Jensen has lived in Payette for over 40 years, sold insurance for Farm Bureau insurance for 20 years, and served two terms on the Payette City Council before being elected Mayor of Payette in 2022.
His work as an insurance agent and on City Council has given him a unique perspective of the needs and wants of the citizens of Payette. From selling health insurance and having a knowledge of the health insurance industry as a whole, it has given him valuable experience in the health needs of the citizens in the valley.
His volunteer activities include helping to start and fund the Harmon Killebrew Miracle Field, and the Payette Boys and Girls Club, and being an active member of the Chamber of Commerce for 20 years.
He brings expertise in bringing groups of people together to participate as a team, working toward consensus in reaching and accomplishing goals that will benefit the community as a whole.
During his free time, Craig likes to spend time fishing, traveling, and spending time with family.
